By engaging in services with Nelson Dissertation Coaching Services (“the Company”), you (“the

Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Nelson Dissertation Coaching Services provide academic support services including coaching,

editing, and writing assistance related to dissertation development.

Services are intended to:

 Support the Client’s understanding of their research

 Improve academic writing and structure

 Provide guidance on methodology, analysis, and dissertation completion

The Company does not guarantee degree completion, approval by a dissertation committee, or

specific academic outcomes.

2. Client Responsibility and Academic Integrity

The Client acknowledges that:

 They are solely responsible for the content, submission, and defense of their dissertation

 All work submitted must reflect the Client’s own understanding

 Services provided are for support, guidance, and enhancement purposes only

3. Payment Terms

 All services require a non-refundable deposit to begin work

 Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed-upon payment schedule

 Payments must be made on time to avoid disruption in services

Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

4. Refund Policy

 All payments are non-refundable due to the time, intellectual effort, and planning

invested

 No refunds will be issued once services have begun

 If the Client chooses to discontinue services, any remaining balance is still owed unless

otherwise agree in writing

5. Communication and Availability

 The Company will maintain professional and timely communication

 Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance

 Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions or provide at least 24-hour notice for

rescheduling

6. Turnaround Time

 Turnaround times for editing and writing will be communicated in advance

 Timelines are dependent on the scope of work and Client responsiveness

 Delays in Client communication, feedback, or submission of materials may impact

project timelines

7. Revisions and Feedback

 The Company will provide revisions as outlined within the selected service package

 Clients are expected to review materials and provide feedback in a timely manner

 Excessive or repeated revisions beyond the agreed scope may result in additional fees

​

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While every effort is made to provide high-quality services:

 The Company does not guarantee dissertation approval, publication, or graduation

timelines

 Final decisions are made solely by the Client’s institution, chair, and committee

​

9. Confidentiality

All Client information, documents, and communications will remain confidential.

The Company agrees to:

 Not share, distribute, or disclose Client work

 Maintain professional discretion at all times

​

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

 Academic decisions made by institutions or committees

 Delays caused by the Client or third parties

 Outcomes related to dissertation approval or rejection

The Client agrees to use services at their own discretion.

11. Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to terminate services if:

 The Client engages in unethical or inappropriate behavior

 Payment terms are not met

 There is a breakdown in communication or professionalism

12. Agreement of Terms

By submitting payment and engaging in services, the Client acknowledges that they have:
